It's simple: Great therapists working in
a great system to achieve great things. Some think it's
revolutionary; we think it's common sense.
When we founded Fox Rehab, we didn't copy
or emulate another company. We just did things that seemed
right. Things that help our patients.
In-home care is the key.
Our highly trained therapists always visit patients in the
comfort of their homes. It's easier on the patient and easier
on their families, who don't have to deal with travel, traffic
and commuting. It also helps our patients relearn in the
perfect environment: their home. They can relearn how to
bend down to their refrigerator, reach up to their cabinets
or walk up their own stairs. And remember, our patients
do not have to be homebound or have a skilled nursing need
like home health agencies under Medicare Part A. Our Medicare
coverage is the same as all other outpatient facilities.
Our patients don't always have to be treated at home—we
just think it's better that way.
Also, our therapists work
one-on-one with patients to develop a strong working
relationship and achieve their goals together. Instead of
dealing with multiple therapists, patients are typically
assigned one dedicated therapist who works with them week
after week. It helps a patient gain trust in his/her therapist,
and helps a therapist know what their patient is capable
of accomplishing.
We don't simply settle
for “functional”. When we set goals with
a patient, we are not confined by a set number of treatment
sessions. We are able to work with a patient through the
duration of their treatment, or until their goals are met. |
