All relocation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and packages are subject to review and revision by the board of directors
Fox Rehabilitation will provide the following reimbursements with valid receipts:

To move household contents Fox will pay up to $4,000 max (give us 3 quotes of moving companies)
•
We will pay 3 months of rent or mortgage of a max of $1,200 per month for the new location
•
Moving incidentals and house hunting trips max of $2,000
•
However, if employee terminates employment within six months of hire, the employee will have to pay back all relocation expenses paid by Fox . The pay back will be reduced 5% a month according to the below schedule:

If only employed for 6 months: 100% pay back to Fox.

If only employed for 7 months: 95% pay back to Fox.

If only employed for 8 months: 90% pay back to Fox.

If only employed for 9 months: 85% pay back to Fox.

Relocation Bonus: $5,000 to be paid out over 18 months

$2,000 up front

$1,000 after 6 months
-
$1,000 after 12 months

$1,000 after 18 months
