Regional Director/New Territory – In addition to the description for therapist (all Fox Regional Directors actively participate in patient care), the position of a regional director for a new territory will be highly demanding, time intensive, and require a strong understanding and commitment to the mission of Fox Rehabilitation and our culture and philosophies. Directors must be solution oriented, resilient, and persistent on all levels relating to overall company business, social situations, and clinical challenges, while also having superior knowledge about Medicare regulations and Fox policy and procedures. Potential directors must also be able to get along well with others, and have the ability to manage difficult situations with both directness and tact.
